Complex Deal Structuring
When a transaction sits between standard playbooks, structuring is the work. AGS designs cross-border vehicles, US operating companies for offshore investors, project finance structures, and bespoke governance frameworks built around the legal, tax, and regulatory needs of each engagement. We coordinate with certified subject-matter experts where domain-specific accounting, tax, or legal opinions are required.

CO-GP & SUB-ADVISORY
Shared economics on transactions requiring AGS as ongoing operational manager or domain expert. Carry plus management fee.
INCUBATION & PLATFORM
Maximum value capture. AGS forms or acquires US-based operating entities and offers minority strategic participation to corporate partners.
